This two-bedroom condo is located on the first floor with a private patio and is perfect for families and friends. Both the king size mattress and queen size mattress have been replaced recently (April 2018) and the condo has been updated recently as well; owners have upgraded to a wood floor in the living room, primary bedroom, and primary bath and replaced the plush carpet in the king-size bedroom, adding blackout drapes as well in that bedroom. A new queen-size sleeper sofa and recliner have been added in the spring of 2021. A new entry door and small window were also just installed. With a full-size Maytag washer/dryer and all the kitchen appliances, dishes, and new pots and pans, this family-friendly condo supplies all that is needed for a wonderful vacation. The Xfinity HD preferred package (with On Demand, Starz, and Sports channels) and fast internet help you stay connected when you are here at our home. This condo also offers access to shared amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and tennis and racquetball courts.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
