OVERVIEW

Oceanfront condo with pool, AC, balcony, & washer/dryer

Experience beachfront living at its finest at this incredible and well-equipped condo! Lunches, dinners, breakfasts, and snacks can be enjoyed on the private waterfront balcony, with an outdoor dining area and patio chairs. The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. The complex offers guests access to a sparkling shared pool.

Things to Know

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • This home does not offer internet access, but guests may use the free WiFi by the pool.
  • Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
  • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
