Loved the view from the balcony. It was by far the best thing about this property. Convenient it had a washer and dryer and it had a garbage chute on the same floor so no dragging garbage to a dumpster. They did provide plenty of towels to shower with and left laundry detergent and dish soap to do the dishes with.
It was a pretty dated property however. The furniture was falling apart (couches) and all the furniture was pretty uncomfortable from the bed to the couch to the outside furniture.

This is an older property that is lovely for a short stay. While I was there the fridge was not working, Vacasa was responsive to the issues at hand. There is also no wifi on this property but a Roku TV? Seemed odd to offer a TV that could get Netflix and such but no actual way to connect the TV to the internet. Overall clean and easy to access.

Doubt that this will get posted, but this was the worst rental that I have ever stayed in. Please, don’t judge the appearance that you see by the professional touched up photos. They don’t do this place justice. What you can’t see is the rental had a bad smell and we had to buy air fresheners just so we could stand to stay. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, if you can stand the smell of cigarette smoke. The description says sleeps 6 COMFORTABLY. The futon mentioned that is in the entrance of the unit is in a room that doesn’t have AC. Speaking of AC, the unit doesn’t have central air, so during the night, you are constantly awaken by the Window AC unit kicking on. You would think with as much as they are charging to stay here, that the place is well maintained, but you can tell that there hasn’t been many upgrades since original build. No Wi-Fi, horrible lighting, ice maker doesn’t work….

It's a great location for beach but condo is out dated and just looks old. It's just a place to sleep but kitchen table should be better and more comfy to sit at than metal chairs. AC is ok in main area but bedroom is not good, condo had feeling in it of humid like sticky at night and doors were always closed. Toilet is small could use larger one and it flushes weird, takes a couple. Didn't use anything, took out own stuff like tissues and tp and paper towels cause your not given enough for 5 people, only 1 paper towel and two TP rolls. Didn't have toaster, or at least I looked everywhere and didn't see any. House keeping doesn't do good job cause I finally found tv remote under couch after two days and all scrabble pieces under table and couch along with dust and sand. I won't stay here again.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, including paper products, but this is to get your stay off to a good start and we encourage guests to plan ahead if they will need additional supplies. The Home was nice and spacious. The beds are unbearable tho. All our backs were hurting by the end. The floor was more comfortable. We had an issue with the balcony door and my sisters medication was on the chair outside. When I first called the lady on the after hour call line was so rude to me . I called back to get someone else and they came right away within an hour and got our stuff off the balcony . Unfortunately the remainder of the stay we couldn’t use the balcony because the rollers were bad it was impossible to budge the door. We were pretty bummed being we paid for ocean front and balcony but couldn’t use it!
