A non-refundable, $40 per vehicle building registration fee (credit card) is due at check-in. Please pay for this at the parking machine in front of the north lobby.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

- Parking notes: May15-Sept 30- A parking permit is required to park in the Highpoint South property. You can purchase the parking permit ($40) from the kiosk outside of the building Lobby. If you do not display the permit on your driver's side dashboard, you may be fined and be towed. Parking is first come/first served. Parking on the ocean side of the building is reserved. No permit is needed after 9/30.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
