It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Literally had to sleep on the couch the last two nights. Good luck figuring out the light situation…there needs to be like a piece of tape to tell you which switch goes to what. The floors were disgusting, we had to mop them ourselves. Still gross afterwards. Bring slippers, that’ll help. No floor mat in bathroom, had to use our own towel.

Pool was nice. View was nice. It was just “ok” for the price, I suppose.

Me and my family traveled from NJ a 4 hour drive and got there at 8pm expecting to get settled and plan our night and rest of our vacation. Until we get there to my surprise we had to travel offsite to get keys not horribly but inconvenient at the time but not worst. We get to the parking lot and had to pay $40 for parking for a stay of only 2 nights which was unexpected as well. But the worst of everything is that our room was just starting getting cleaned at 8pm at night!!! We had to wait with hungry kids and a pregnant wife for the room attendant to finish cleaning at 8pm. That’s an experience that made my rating what is a 2 star rating which I normally never give bad reviews but it really effected my short stay at arrival all of these issues, fees, and having to travel 15 away from my stay to get keys to the room. Also, the hallways had really bad lighting and the storm door was really dirty and looks undesirable. Outside of that the room was nice and had a great view.
