Cute and spacious oceanfront studio with wide balcony! This is a seventh-floor end studio with two-door privacy access which prevents anyone from passing by the studio. Two comfortable full beds (new in 2018) and a queen-size fold-out sofa (new in 2019). Stainless steel appliances new in 2020 (refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher) make the well-equipped kitchen very inviting. New for 2021, blackout curtains have been installed on large balcony wide sliders. Cable TV (HD) and internet provided with rental. The studio is close to the elevator (but not too close). It also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean from the front as well as the side (as well as the pool). It also has a view of the bay. Enjoy a fabulous sunrise view from the east side and a sunset view from the bayside. This gem of a studio is directly across the street from Gold Coast Mall and is a short distance to restaurants and bars, including the Greene Turtle.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
