BED & BATH
This home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The first and second bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the first bedroom also has a TV. Occupying the entire top floor, the third bedroom is open to the living area below. It includes a queen bed, an en-suite half bath, and a gaming area with a foosball table. The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Fire up the gas grill and cook dinner on the deck amidst mountain views. A private hot tub is ideal for soaking under the stars.

Discover over 2,900 skiable acres at Breckenridge Ski Resort -- parking is only a few minutes’ drive. Summer activities at the resort include mountain biking, rock climbing, and alpine slides through the scenic landscape.
If additional parking is needed, there is a lot next to the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, located at 189 Boreas Pass Rd, Breckenridge, CO 80424 (4.4 miles away).
Trailers, RVs, and motor homes can be parked overnight at 1690 Airport Rd. Currently, the cost is $5 per 24-hour period (subject to change). The 24-hour self-service payment machine only accepts credit cards. You can leave your car, truck, RV, or camper overnight, but you cannot stay in the vehicle. Overnight parking is limited to 14 days. A free bus shuttle runs between the lot and town (and the ski area). Please keep in mind that this is the only location for overnight and oversized vehicle parking.
