It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location is awesome. House looks to be renovated. However, the floors were not mopped properly when we first entered the house. Sand traces still found.
Even though 2 parking lot was advertised. Could not find the second one
Trash cans were already half filled when first checked in.
Dishwasher was not operable. Had to clean up all the dishes by hands which was quite tiresome
No host contact found in vacasa. Always had to go through Vacasa and the response was not prompt

Our stay was amazing! The house had more than enough room for my family. Also great neighbors by the way! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved the view and location. The kitchen is very well equipped for a large group. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Deck view was beautiful however deck could use some attention, especially the stairs. We loved having sheets and towels included, however housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning main floor.

With the many beds, this place could be a 5 bedroom. Owner has supplied the kitchen with just about everything needed. TV's in every room. Plenty seating on the deck.
