The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.
Things to Know
- The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact Vacasa for off-season availability.
- The third bedroom is an enclosed den area with constructed wall and pocket doors for privacy.
- The den TV offers a DVD player and Roku.
- A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
