Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well.
Inside this condo, you'll find a full kitchen, a mirrored wall in the living room that expands the ocean view, and access points to the private balcony in both the living room and the primary bedroom. Other features include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room and all of the sleeping spaces.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
