Very clean condo and perfect location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to Fractured Prune, Dunkin, and many other must haves! Would absolutely stay here again.

Place should definitely have an elevator , beautiful but I wouldn’t stay there again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The property was BEAUTIFUL! Clean and newly renovated, but the deadbolt on the front door was extremely difficult to open, the door knob lock didn`t work at all. I had to go back to CBV office 3 times. Location was given 4 stars because of the difficult outside stairs to the 3rd floor. There is parking under the building, so it is actually on the 4th floor, two flights per, so that`s 8. I am 61 years old, so this may not bother a younger, more fit person. The location, as far as beach access is fine. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
