Take your pick of bedrooms designed in a sleek, contemporary style! The first room of this home is just to the left when guests walk through the front door. This room has a contemporary cabin vibe, and is just down the hall from a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. At the end of this hallway is the spacious second bedroom, complete with a lovely royal blue bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. If you choose to go up the stairs from the main floor, the third bedroom will be straight ahead. This is a bunk room, with a cheeky forest animals theme and backyard view. The fourth bedroom is at the other end of the hall, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies between the two rooms.

• The community shared pool is not accessible to guests.
• All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
