The modern kitchen is open and spacious enough for ambitious cooking projects, should you decide to dine in for the night.

There is a main suite upstairs and another main suite downstairs. One suite has a king bed, the other a queen. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower. This home sleeps four comfortably in beds. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of linens and essentials to ensure your comfort.

Amenities include WiFi and YouTube TV (via Fire Stick), a fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, automated keypad door lock, and stackable washer/dryer for your convenience located on the ground level.

• This home does not have air-conditioning. However, there is a very efficient fan system that keeps everything cool and a floor air conditioner in the living room only (it is stationary and must not be moved from it's place in the living room).
• This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
