There is plenty of closet and storage space throughout the house. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer. Enjoy the outside shower, new barbecue, and a fire pit on one deck to watch the city lights at night and roast a marshmallow or two. Teak outdoor furniture with a dining table that seats guests all under a patio deck cover so you can enjoy the outdoors under shade cover or work on your tan in the sun. A one-car garage and plenty of room to store bikes, surfboards, and toys is available for extra storage, along with plenty of additional parking on a quiet street.
The nearest beach for sunbathing, surfing, and swimming is Tourmaline Beach. A quick stroll up the street to a staircase will lead you down to a smaller beach perfect for tide pooling among the rocks. If stairs pose a problem, you can access the beach from the Tourmaline Surfing Park parking lot, located just a brisk walk away, or a short drive south of the home.
