The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the adjacent guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Open to the living area below, the third bedroom is a loft appointed with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (The loft may receive natural morning light from the living area windows.)

The lanai is sure to wow with its sunset views over the 9th green of the fairway. You can even see the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. Community amenities include two all-season pools (heated), one saltwater lap pool (heated), hot tubs, and poolside cabanas and grills. Enjoy free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are also provided in your rental. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come-first-served basis. This condo has a two-story layout. Elevators are not available. Walk to the Waikoloa Highlands Center for convenient shopping and dining. Visit a handful of incredible beaches within a 20-minute drive.
