The living room offers a cozy space to relax after spending the day outdoors–feel free to snuggle up in front of the flatscreen Smart TV and stream your favorite movies or shows for an entertaining evening at home with your loved ones. There are plenty of family-friendly board games available, so choose your favorite game, team up, and get ready to have fun!

Once the winner claims their crown, it's time for a delicious meal. Let your friends sit down at the six-person dining table while you show off your cooking skills and work your magic in the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have all the essentials to whip up the most delicious meals and surprise your loved ones with mouth-watering dishes, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
