Prepare a complete meal in the full kitchen (which features a farm sink and a gorgeous French door fridge, among appliances big and small) or keep it simple with some beverages from the wet bar. The extra-long corner sofa in the living room is perfect for playing board games into the night.
Each bedroom in this home features a unique design scheme, and each of them are spaced out from each other to guarantee privacy. The first bedroom is just to the left as guests come through the front door, down a hallway that only leads to that bedroom. This lovely space features a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. If guests decide to turn right at the living room instead, they'll come across the penthouse's two bunk rooms. The first (the second bedroom overall) features two light grey bunk beds. The second (the third bedroom overall) is just next door and features two bunk beds and a bonus desk workspace perfect for younger guests to complete assignments or art projects. The hallway's full bathroom, featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combination, can serve the guests of this room. The fourth and final bedroom is at the opposite side of the living room. This is the main bedroom of the house, and offers a flatscreen TV, a private furnished balcony, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower.
