With a King, Queen and two twin beds every one will rest comfortably after a hard day of fun. The kitchen has all you need to dine in, or should you choose to dine out there are marvelous selections nearby. Two full baths assure no waiting and when you wake up in the morning the balcony provides a view to the end of the horizon. Think about booking an extra day, you'll be glad you did!

Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. Purchasing an amenities pass will grant access to amenities in the Plantation Dunes building and the Resort Conference building.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Vacasa office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Parking notes: There are parking passes for a maximum of two vehicles, strictly enforced. Every guest is required to fill out a vehicle registration form at the security gate before entering their condo. Please bring your reservation information, Vehicle information (tag #, state, make & model/color) for both vehicles (or if only 1, bring that vehicle’s info) to register. Please provide any/all information the security guard is requesting. If you don't have your reservation information, a parking pass will not be provided. You can use your check-in email as proof of booking. Due to issues still possibly remaining after Hurricane Sally, You MAY also need to sign a Security Damage Waiver as well.
