Four bicycles and a beach cart with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a surfboard, and a stand-up paddleboard are also provided.

Get comfy on the tropical-print sofa, or slide into your sparkling pool for a few pre-breakfast laps. When hunger strikes, the well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space for prep. Dine together at the table for eight, pull up a stool at the breakfast bar, or step outside to dine alfresco by the pool.

If you decide to head out, grab a beach towel and head to the sand, just two blocks away. You’re also only blocks from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and downtown Cocoa Beach which has lots of nightlife along with restaurants and small shops. Or, stay home – stock the cooler in the sunroom with your favorite beverages, and pull up a seat at your own private bar. Fire up the gas grill for dinner and spend the evening together on the huge sectional, watching your favorite movies or watch some TV in the sunroom while the kids play in the pool.

Another seating area offers a great spot for quiet conversation, and a convenient desk and chair are a great place to catch up on any remote work. Grab one of the board games on hand for some together time before bed, and drift off to sleep in one of three comfortable bedrooms. Your only decision for tomorrow?
