There's no end to the activities at your fingertips at this beautiful, waterfront townhome on the shores of Spring Lake in Rockaway Beach. Just outside your back door, you can sip your morning coffee with a view of the lake or go kayaking or fishing from the dock (with two kayaks, and life jackets all provided for your use). In the other direction, you can walk a quick two blocks (about 100 steps or a three-minute stroll) to boogie board, build sandcastles, or catch a spectacular sunset on the open sands of Rockaway Beach.
This townhome enjoys a best-of-all-worlds location on the south side of Rockaway Beach, on the northern shore of Spring Lake, and in a setting overlooking the lake and the mountains that's ideal for birdwatching. When you head out to the beach, you'll even have Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sandcastle equipment, a skim board, and two boogie boards to take with you.
