If the office is closed upon arrival, a security guard will permit entrance to the facility but a parking pass must be purchased in the morning. A parking pass has a one-time fee of about $17.50 (guests may purchase a maximum of two passes). **Please note that two parking spots are not guaranteed. The HOA may limit condos to one parking spot depending on availability. Should you only be granted one parking spot, Panama City Beach has three public parking lots located at 9941 Thomas Drive, 600 Henley Drive, and 11117 Front Beach Road that offer spaces for an hourly or daily fee.
