On this half-acre property, you'll enjoy a private dock (with two kayaks to take out on the water), an incredible deck with both sun and shade, and an outdoor shower to cap your daily activities.
This waterfront home was seemingly designed for entertaining, with the open, main living space on the second floor highlighted by a wall of windows and French doors framing Guadalupe River/Lake McQueeney out back. The kitchen is well-suited as a hub of activity, offering a Thermador gas range, double ovens, a built-in refrigerator, a wine fridge, a separate ice maker, custom cabinetry, and Palisandro countertops. Adjoining this space are a grand dining room table, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large TV, and doors that lead outside to the two-level deck. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Security camera details: Cameras are present outdoors facing the water, but will have caps on them when guests are present.
