Everyone can come along to this wonderfully intimate home, built in 1895 and complete with two screened-in porches so you can take in the fresh ocean air. Modern amenities like central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer will keep everyone comfortable during your stay. The home is all ground floor, so no one will struggle with stairs. If you're coming in from the ocean, just rinse off in the outdoor shower and step right inside. The airy, bright kitchen features full-size appliances and open shelving to help you find what you need. With the ocean so close, a picnic basket might be the most used beach item during your stay.

The bedrooms of this home are laid out in a straightforward manner, so everyone can branch out and pick their favorite. As guests come through the front door, the first bedroom lies directly to the left and features a ceiling fan and shuttered windows. Directly across the hall, the second bedroom features a ceiling fan and a direct entrance to the hallway's full bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom, set up like a bunk room with high ceilings, also features a private entrance to this bathroom. On the other side of the hall, the fourth bedroom lies directly across from the full bathroom and features a ceiling fan and built-in shelving. The fifth and final bedroom is just next store and features a ceiling fan, numerous pieces of framed art, and a private entrance to the sunny second full bathroom (which itself features a standalone shower and a soaking tub).
