Loved the location. We could just look out our window and see the ocean, just steps to the beach. It was quiet which was nice but we were there in the off season. There was plenty of linens provided and some toiletries also. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids. A few drawbacks were uncomfortable bed and pillows, paint peeling off the outside, have to pay to use the shared washer and dryer facilities. All of these things could be overlooked more if there had been ANY response from the host. I received many automated texts and emails from Vacasa however I never got a response about several questions I had about the property prior to our trip. I would not recommend using Vacasa as a management option for your vacation rental should you have one. I did not have success with communication via email, text or through the app.

Adequate accommodation for2 adults and 2 children. The bunk beds in second bedroom totally inadequate for adults that should be made known. Provide several chairs suitable for using on the beach. Location relatively remote for nightlife. Very clean

We loved our stay. The neighbors are friendly. The beach is only a few steps away. The apartment was clean with plenty of closet space. The decor was tasteful and updated.

Place was clean and well equipped. Just what we needed to relax after a week in Orlando. Do yourself a favor and visit taco city right next door.
