Ski-In/ski-out condo with views and shared pool, hot tubs, gym, and tennis

Experience all the comforts of home on the slopes of Sunrise Mountain at this three-bedroom condo, a cozy and welcoming Killington retreat with ski-in/ski-out proximity to the trails, beautiful mountain views, and access to a shared indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna.

An ideal escape for snow sports enthusiasts, this two-level condo is situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood and sits less than 100 feet from the beginner-level Sundog Trail and just below the path of the Sunrise Village Triple chairlift. It's also only one mile from Sunrise Village and the base of Bear Mountain, three miles from the Skyeship Lodge, and five miles from the restaurants and entertainment on Killington Road.

The living space is warm and comfortable, with windows that frame mountain views throughout the home. Leave your skis and hiking boots by the door as you build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace (logs are even provided), curl up on the sofa with a good book, or challenge your kids to a fun-filled board game.

Ski home each afternoon to prepare lunch in the full kitchen, where you'll find a dishwasher and other standard appliances. There is space for six people around the dining room table, as well as an adjacent bistro table for two.

When you're not skiing the beginner-friendly slopes of Sunrise Mountain, you'll have access to an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub (open only in ski season), a gym, and a sauna at the Falls Brook Common Health Spa. In the pristine summer months, you can practice your serve on the community tennis courts or soak in the sun on the condo's two decks.

And after a long day of winter or summer fun, the entire family can gather on the sofas to watch a Netflix favorite on the large Smart TV.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can sleep as many as eight guests (four adults). On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofabed in the living room, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kids' room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and another full bathroom.

And whether you spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, or mountain biking, you'll always come home to WiFi and a private washer/dryer to keep you comfortable and connected.

With six mountain peaks, 1,509 skiable acres of terrain, 155 trails, and 22 lifts, Killington is one of the most celebrated winter sports destinations in the United States. Sunrise, in particular, is a wonderful place to escape the crowds and help your kids find their ski legs, but you'll also be close to the Bear Mountain, K1, Snowshed, and Ramshead base areas.

This winter wonderland transforms in the summer and autumn, as guests can explore more than 45 miles of mountain biking trails, drop a line in nearby Kent Pond, or tee off at the Killington Golf Course just five miles north.

Experience the beauty of Vermont in winter, spring, summer, or fall - reserve this lovely Killington condo today!

If you want to The VIEW in the morning, this is your place to be . The town home is well maintained all the modern amenities are there ( gas stove hot and cold water coffee maker working fridge and a washer and dryer) . Very comfortable beds. Loved how you can get lost . I didn't have cell reception only when I came inside I was able to use my phone with Wi-Fi. Be prepared to drive everywhere and pitch Black roads and up and down narrow roads but I guess that is the way Vermonttiers functions. Loved our short stay at Sunrise! Thanks.

Clean accommodations

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the trails. The size was a perfect fit for our family trip to the mountains. The only thing I would change/add is some updated appliances and cook wear. There was no toaster which was kinda odd so we ended up buying a cheap one along with a coffee pot just for our stay.

Cute and cozy place right on the Sundog Trail. Quiet and spacious but it was lacking a few amenities that you would think should be there, in my opinion at least. Definitely not anything deal breaking but would have been nice to know. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and we'd love to go back.

Stayed here for a few days. Perfect place to stay for a ski in and out! Had complementary wood for the fireplace and easy access to the slopes! Would highly recommend

Beautiful condo, even more spacious than it looks in the photos. While some appliances might be old, they are all very high quality and everything works well. We had ample space for 5 people, and loved the mountain views and the ability to ski on/off.

Clean, comfortable place w/lots of room, fireplace, free wood, nice TV, comfortable couches, towels/linens, good shower pressure and best of all, amazing location. Walk out door & a few steps to your left, hop on the ski trail. Also, use of nice sports center w/gym, pool, hot tub (in & out) and decent cafe (cafe only open on weekends). Free snowshoeing that we tried for first time this year. Nice trails in the back of the sports center for hiking or snowshoeing. We really enjoyed this place.

Very clean and nice place for the money. The lift was not open yet so we cannot ski in or ski out.

Everything was great. Things have improved after I had made some complaints last year like providing coffee filters. There was even coffee! Go figure. I used my own though. The only complaint is that the dirty laundry from the last guests was left outside the front door in a big laundry bag. It was still there when we left. For some reason too, no number was provided for the maintenance guy in case of trouble. I did have it saved from last year but thankfully didn't have to call him. We loved the unit and would stay there again.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us! We appreciate you feedback and we hope to host you again soon.

Great Location

Place was great, was a comfortable unit. Washing machine could be updated though
Chris H. Feb 2019
Everything in the unit is quite dated, but it was otherwise clean and comfortable. Fireplace was wonderful.

Proximity to the slopes is amazing, and we were able to ski back to the condo from Killington peak in 10-15 minutes, which was nice since we could go back at lunchtime to spend some time with the non-skiing members of our party, and then head back out to ski more. Would definitely stay here again.
Stacie S. Feb 2019
Very clean, roomy place that had everything we needed. Sooo close to the slopes. Check-in, check-out very quick and easy. Will definitely be back!
Deborah H. Oct 2018
We were in Vermont to check out the fall foliage. Some things in the condo a little dated some updated. It was very clean and comfortable though. It was a great location between Wilmington and Stowe which is the area we wanted to visit.
Alex d. Sep 2018
Gym was small but complete. House was very comfortable and the place in general is beautiful.

Perfect trip for a Family/guys weekend
Zachary F. Jan 2018
Perfect location for skiing - little far from Killington Road bars and restaurant but fantastic condo
Jacob Z. Aug 2017
Excellent view. A very relaxed and quiet place.
Bonnie W. Jul 2017
Nice property in a good location. Well equipped with everything needed.
Brian D. Feb 2017
This condo was comfortable for our group of 8. It's a perfect setup for two families of 4. Each couple gets there own room, and the kids all get packed into the bunk room. The kids really liked being able to see the stars through the sky-lights, in the bunk room, at night.
This condo is very close to the trail (Sundog) and is a quick slide down to the Sunrise Triple lift. The greater portion of the trails at Killington are accessed through Bear Mountain, so watch out for moguls! Skiing back is easy and it's a nice, groomed trail. The appliances and furnishings are a little dated and worn, but I think that this condo is a good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
