Bright walls, hardwood floors, and plenty of ways to have fun make this home a great choice for families and groups looking to get away. You're just at the base of Camelback Mountain (within walking distance!), and mountain views come easy at this home. Central air conditioning and a gas fireplace means that guests will be comfortable no matter what time of year you'd like to visit. The full kitchen has enough room for everyone to settle in and help cook around the prep island. Helpful kitchen equipment is provided to help you put together meals, and the private gas grill is perfect for when you're feeling like something with a little more smoke. Enjoy board games together after a day of exploration, enjoy a round of foosball, or set up an unofficial tournament around the arcade cabinet! The mountain views will remind you throughout that yes, vacation has indeed begun.

Bedrooms are split between levels at this home, so guests will have plenty of options to choose from. On the lowest floor, guests will find the first bedroom (and its fun patterned wallpaper) directly across from the living room. Just past the living room, the second bedroom is set down the hallway to the right. Set up for multiple guests, this room features a backyard view and is right next door to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Head up the stairs and take a left at the river mural to find the next two bedrooms tucked away. The third bedroom, set up like a bunk room, lies to the left and is conveniently placed next to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. But if guests choose to take a right instead, they'll find the fourth and main bedroom of the house. This spacious suite features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub.

Look no further! You can’t beat this rental’s location, size, and comfort. 460 Spruce was the perfect getaway for our family to stay in the Poconos. Not only did it very comfortably sleep our 10 person family, the open floor plans, both upstairs and downstairs, were conducive to a large group hang. All of us were able to cozy up on the sectionals around the double-sided fireplace to watch TV and play board games. The kitchen is very spacious, and the attached dining room sat all of us at once to eat together on the other side of the fireplace.

We stayed in February ‘22, but I imagine the property would be nice to rent in the summer as well. We were just hanging out at the kitchen bar and saw two deer right in the back yard by the deck. The windows are large and ceilings are high, so hanging out in the upstairs living room is just so lovely at anytime if the day. In fact, the view looks out directly onto Camelback, something I haven’t experienced in my many years of renting in the Poconos.

The house was stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated that every cabinet was labeled and fully stocked with anything you’d need to prep, cook, and clean meals (even BBQ!).

There were some unexpected touches that really enhanced our experience. The beds are so comfortable, and each room has control of the heat. There was even an air mattress in the closet with bed clothes should we have needed it. The downstairs had an arcade game and foosball table, much appreciated by the kids. There’s even fun, very Instagram-able, forest mural on the wall by the stairs.

Most importantly, the house is literally a two minute drive to Camelback mountain, less than a ten minute drive to Barley Creek Brewery and not much longer to the outlet mall.

We look forward to renting this property again next year!

We had a great ski vacation with kids and grandkids and this home was wonderful - right around the corner from Camelback. Spacious, clean and well laid out. Highly recommend this property!

Plenty of room for all of us to stay. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments and dishes. Great location, it was 5 minutes to the Camelback parking lot. Plenty of hot water. The Duraflame logs were a nice touch. And best of all - we all found the beds to be comfortable. Plenty of towels were available. And everything was clean. Little pieces of advice to future renters - the dryer does not work well. Bring napkins and if you use paper towels - there’s only one roll provided. Also, the wrong size coffee filters were available, which led to a mess. And the decor is circa 1990. All of which are minor quibbles. We enjoyed staying here.
