Check out the local fishing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating. All the equipment you need is available to rent.

The brightly-lit interior is tastefully furnished with updated appliances and amenities. An open-concept main living area is a great central gathering place anchored by a fireplace and a TV. The island kitchen has full-size appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, to make home cooking a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the sunlit dining area. Three guest rooms are downstairs, including the primary bedroom with en suite bath. Kids will love the upstairs, complete with a game/TV loft and bedroom with two bunk beds. A Pack 'n Play is available for younger guests. There is also a dedicated desk area, perfect for remote work or school. Enjoy wooded views from the spacious, semi-enclosed backyard or sip your favorite beverage and say 'hello' to your neighbors from the furnished front patio. THINGS TO KNOW

• For a $150 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband.
• Last-Minute Rentals: Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to community amenities.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
