The first bedroom is located just off of the living room and features and en suite bathroom and king bed. Two additional bedrooms are located on this floor, separated by a full bathroom. One features a queen bed while the other features a full and a twin trundle.

The downstairs can be accessed through the kitchen on the main floor or a secondary, exterior entrance.
