Booking a place wasn’t an issue but whoever is handling any issues at 305 should quit the job. Before arrival I asked if they want to take the rugs out because we have a dog and I wanted to be respectful and save everyone extra cleaning. The guy said that the room rate covers any damage and “he wouldn’t like to walk on a bare cold floor anyways”… Next I requested new shower curtain since mine was yellow on the bottom with some dirt on it (which tells me that probably no one cleaned the shower area) and an extra cooking pot since there was 5 pans and only 1 pot. I had a pleasure speaking with the same ding dong telling me that “this is his day off but he thought that he’s going to give me me a call or whatever, and he did not expect anyone to cook in the apartment”
It’s not a cheap place to rent. I stayed there for 9 days and quit on asking for anything. I like this place and would rent it for even longer but the service does not reflect the value. Wish I could speak directly to the owner.

Removing the homeowner's belongings without permission is not something we do, but our manager did offer to roll it up and place in a closet out of the way for you. Local staff was happy to respond immediately with a new pot and new shower curtain liner at your request. We hope this helped improve your stay. Thank you!

Comfortable, we’ll decorated space. I wish I knew this was a smokers home ahead of time. Other than that, it was a great day.

Nice clean, quiet, easy to access place just steps from the Gulch and a 5 min Uber downtown. Not a 5 star review because the company who manages the unit was difficult to get ahold of before booking to ask any questions too. Once booked they communicated fast.

I was able to stay here for several nights for the cost of about half of what it would have cost me at a hotel for a conference. I was super close to everything and had the convenience of a really spacious place to work, and relax. The local team was super nice and helpful on a couple of things that I reached out for.

We loved everything about this property - location, complex, dog friendly, decor, nighttime security, friendliness of other guests, etc. The only very minor issue was there wasn’t a wine opener but we left one for future quests. ;) We would definitely stay here again.
