This renovated, third-floor condo makes the perfect beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the views from either of your own two private balconies! There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a TV, and one guest bedroom has its own balcony. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living room, and the primary bedroom. This condo has beautiful views and is steps away from the beach or the community pool!

- Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
- All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

There are 2 temporary windows are in the condo while we are waiting for installation of new windows. One is located in downstairs primary bedroom and the other in the dining room. The rental rate has been reduced to reflect. - No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FROM 5/16/25 THROUGH 5/23/25 There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of June.
