Perfect size for a couple! Ideally located with a great view for coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset. Tennis was literally steps away!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our anniversary celebration! Clean, neat, and up to date. I highly recommend vacasa and the Amelia surf and racket club!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo and views were amazing! It was our 20th anniversary and the location and experience was all we hoped for. Would recommend it to anyone and would definitely choose that location again!

Charming condo with spectacular ocean/beach views. Could not get enough of the balcony! Super comfy king bed that allows you to see the sunrise. And the beach is a very short walk. It was a perfect romantic anniversary weekend! Definitely would go back!

We both enjoyed our stay. The grounds and the ocean view from our condo was beautiful. I enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning over the ocean from the balcony. The room was clean and we had no problems with the lock box code to get into our room. We could not find the gate clicker and we were impressed with the quick response to let us know where it was from the Vacasa customer service.

This home is very outdated. Some items were in need of repair/ replacement. It was clean and convenient. Not well stocked at all. Not suitable for small children, as there are gods tables throughout. Management was very quick to resolve issues. There is a gym facility on site but we could not use it- it was closed until further notice.

My wife and I had stayed at the Surf and Racquet club 2 years prior at the `A`: building booking direct thru the owner. This experience with the rental agency was equally as easy. All info and electronic and text correspondence was good pre stay and during the stay. The unit was clean and overall very comfortable. Amazing view of the ocean and the pool and easy to get to the beach as before. The only concerns were with some of the basics; 2 Light bulbs in kitchen were burnt out (and very limited lighting in kitchen anyway). Maintenance was backed up with other issues for 2 days, but got them changed. The porch had a hi-top table and 2 chairs which are very heavy, hard to move when seated and my wife`s legs did not reach the bars so it was very uncomfortable to eat out there. Also, no lights outside, so dinners in the evening were by candlelight that we purchased so we could see our food. Needs more utensils for cooking and pans. Existing pans all have worn off teflon. But having said that, the unit was beautiful, bed was super comfortable and again, the view perfect! We would come back to the same unit for sure.
