The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two brand new twin-size beds (new pillows as well) and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This snowbird-friendly, oceanfront has its entrance on the second level.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
