This snowbird-friendly condo has been equipped with everything you and your loved ones could ever need to spend a wonderful and unforgettable beach-cation! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The ocean view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a brand new king-size bed (new pillows as well) with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a brand new queen bed (new pillows as well) with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two brand new twin-size beds (new pillows as well) and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This snowbird-friendly, oceanfront has its entrance on the second level.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax
