So my family, myself and spouse plus a one year old child and a mid sized dog, had a great time here on our three night weekend. You have a wonderful view of the Atlantic, and there is great beach access nearby. The home is built with a master suite, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a guest room with two beds and second bathroom. Everything in the property has a fun, beach themed decor that fits the environment. The owner is working on improving and updating the property, which could be seen in all aspects of the home. We loved it here. It was a great weekend for us to escape as a family and shut out the world. Fernandina Beach is one of the better, cleaner stretches of sand you can find, and the local dining and amenities are excellent. Highly recommend the Salty Pelican Bar and Grill for great dining. Personally, I'd recommend this place for those looking for a quiet escape, but aren't looking for a hotel experience.
