The primary bedroom features an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms.

- Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed from June through mid-August.
- The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club and graciously extend their access to their guests. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
