House was great. Beachfront location was great with no crowds even on a weekend. Note that pillows are very hard so you may want to bring your own. Also the queen beds are very soft which may be a plus for some but I would prefer something firmer.

Beautiful modern house with everything we needed. Can't beat the ocean front location! Would absolutely stay here again. As other's mentioned there are no black out curtains in bedrooms, just sheers. We were aware of this before our stay so it did not detract from this review. Would have been nice to have black out in the kids bunk room.

This property truly is in an incredible location. Miles of untouched beach to the north, with not another person in sight is any vacationer to the Oregon coast’s dream. The home itself is lovely, spacious, and designed for a large group or even multiple families. The kitchen is well appointed and there are TVs in every bedroom. The design and decor is very modern and lovely. The beds are comfortable, although they seem smaller than a standard queen bed.. For our family, the shuffleboard table was a hit.
There were a few things we did not love. While there is ample space to congregate upstairs and downstairs, the chairs/mini couches are incredibly uncomfortable as they do not have back support. We found ourselves sitting on the ground more than on the couches. Additionally, while the ceiling to floor windows provide amazing views, there are no curtains or blinds in the common areas to block the sun or for privacy at night. In the bedrooms there are paper thin curtains that do not block much of anything. Finally, when we arrived there was sand in the couches and on the floors near the beds and a few long brown hairs were found in beds. I understand that the house is on the ocean, but the floor had clearly not been swept.
Overall, it is a lovely property and we would likely look to stay here again in the future. But for the price you pay, you would expect everything to be perfect, and there are definitely some finishing touches to put on the home.

Home was great and I love the modern aesthetic. Floor to celling windows provide great views and so much light. Shuffleboard table was a clear hit! The bunkbed room worked great and the built in chargers were a nice touch. Rated 4 stars because the metal hanging swing fell down while I was sitting on it and nearly crushed my toddler's feet while he was repositioning the swing. I would caution anyone else from using that swing until they install a locking nut, because as it is now, every time it rotates clockwise it unscrews a little bit off its bolt and is an accident waiting to happen. That thing is heavy.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. This place is right on the beach and has stunning views from every room (even each bathroom). The kitchen was well equipped and every bedroom and bath is identical so no one needs to argue over who gets an en-suite. HOWEVER, each room has individual temp control on a split pump system. Excellent in concept but none of the units worked consistently. The units did not respond to their controls and came off and on regardless of temperature setting. This made sleeping difficult in very hot rooms that heated from the sun in large windows all day with no air flow. During the day the temp would fall below 64 degrees in the house and everyone had to bundle up. This is our biggest complaint on the property. After calling Vacasa after night 1, they said they would send maintenance but no one ever showed up and we never heard anything more from them. Additional note, each room has a queen bed with nice linens, but, if you require any support while sleeping the mattresses will leave you aching. They couldn’t have been softer mattresses. 3 of our guests opted to sleep on sofas and extra floor mattress after night 1 because of waking with terrible back pain. Those that didn’t wake with sore backs still complained about their quality of sleep due to the extremely soft mattresses. Not docking the star rating because of beds but it is in guests interest to have the right expectations.
