- A non-refundable community registration fee that is payable by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is due upon arrival at Sunset Island. The registration fees are as follows:
Winter Stays (January 1, 2022 – April 30, 2022 and October 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022): $80
Spring Stays (May 1, 2022 – May 28, 2022): $115
Fall Stays (September 11, 2022 – September 30, 2022): $115
Summer Stays (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 29, 2022, to the Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 10, 2022): $155 - Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select events. Special event surcharge and dates are subject to change without notice.
- For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance from May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced by the community.
- This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
- Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
