Enjoy fun in the sun at this affordable lakefront home that provides a private boat dock, deck, yard, and beach area. For the summer of 2021, this home has beach dock only availability. The home is comfortable and casual, with a knotty pine interior and lots of windows to view the lake. The living room features a stone fireplace with a wood stove insert, flatscreen TV, and wood-paneled walls. The dining table seats eight. The kitchen has a large island with five bar seats. The upstairs bedroom opens to a balcony. There’s also an on-site washer and dryer.
Outside, there’s plenty of room for kids to play in the grass yard, as well as a brick patio, built-in barbecue, and table seating for eight.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
