The house was ok but the ad is deceiving. We really wanted a house with outdoor space to grill and use a fire pit. Although we did eventually find these they were in a shed and we'd have to move them into the yard on our own. I reached out to management company about this Thursday night, Saturday at 5pm I got a text someone was there to move it. The ad also mentions access to a resident only beach but neglects to say you can't park there and would need to walk. I've rented numerous houses on the cape and have never run into these issues, won't be renting a house managed by Vacasa again.
