Step onto the balcony at Sunrise Cottage (formerly PierWatch), and you'll be looking right at the ocean! Located across the street from life-guarded Flagler Beach, our two-story house has a sweeping view of coquina sands, blue waves, and of course, the famous Flagler Beach Pier. It is decorated with both designer touches and cozy comfort, the ideal venue for your vacation. Witness beautiful sunrises from your own private balcony or without even leaving your luxurious bed. Sunrise Cottage was literally taken down to the bare bones and renovated into a lovely vacation property. The first floor features an open floor plan with a cozy couch and conveniently mounted flatscreen television to enjoy all your favorite shows. Dining in is easy and relaxed with a table for eight and encourages fellowship and family game night. Whether fixing a picnic for the beach or your catch of the day the fully equipped kitchen is your dream kitchen with tasteful décor and top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy the screened porch and a fenced backyard with a handy outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off the kids, toys, and coolers. Other creature comforts include a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The main floor is spacious and sports a huge picture window where the sandy shore as your backdrop.

Upstairs, you will find three pleasing bedrooms which all are blessed with views of the ocean and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has two windows directly facing the ocean and the pier and walks out onto a balcony where you can sit and drink in the surf and the most beautiful sunrises for you early birds. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, nice closet space, and its own private bath with a huge walk-in shower. The other bedrooms feature two sets of bunk beds and twin beds respectively, making sleeping for ten a breeze. If you haven't discovered Flagler Beach yet, you're going to love this retro-style beach town between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Blissfully undeveloped and low-key, Flagler Beach is Florida's best-kept secret. It is a dog-friendly beach, where fishing and surfing are right across the street at your fingertips. If you are in town on Friday or Saturday, check out the farmers market in the town square or movie night on the last Friday of the month. The best part of this premier property is the location. You can walk everywhere from Sunrise Cottage, wonderful restaurants and quaint bars are steps away. A1A, through Flagler Beach, was named Florida's most scenic road with miles of road nestled up along the ocean and no high-rise condos to invade our beach or block our view. Nearby you’ll find Francis Field, a visitors center, Castillo de San Marcos, trolley and ghost tours, a wax museum, colonial downtown Quarter Beach tennis and basketball courts, golf, and a grocery store.
