You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles).

Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast.

After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning or gather outside on the patio for a barbecue on the gas grill and marshmallows roasted over the smokeless firepit. Stargaze from the warmth of the hot tub before heading back indoors to curl up on the leather sofas, play board games by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV.
