Great experience dealing with Vacasa on our stay at Windemere 406. Unit was lovely, balcony so spacious, comfortable furniture, well-maintained pool and property. Vacasa was easy to work with and was timely in all their communications with us.

The condo was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was properly stocked. The unit was clean, the elevators were fast, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The electronic key pad to enter the unit is nice instead of keeping up with magnetic strip cards. The mattress in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as the one in the guest room, but overall, it wasn’t too bad. The unit is close to Publix and Wynn Dixie as well as several nice restaurants and the seafood market. Beware of the bottom step on the pier going out to the beach. It was covered in sand, so I landed on the outside of my foot thinking I was stepping off into the sand. I hobbled the rest of the trip. The umbrella and chair guy, Kyle, and my husband removed the sand, but it was back by the next morning. I called Vacasa, but they indicated that it was the HOA’s responsibility to keep the bottom step free of sand and visible.

Beach services needed improvement. No one cleaned the seaweed from the beaches. If beach maintenance was improved it would have been perfect!

This was an Awesome Destination Birthday for our Daughter who turned 4 while we were there. Everything we needed was there and the view from the comfy bed was absolutely breath taking. Very clean and spacious and the whole property was a 5 star rating with the pool , hot tub and the private beach we were in paradise!!! The check in process to the check out very easy and well organized.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The elevators were fast with basically no waiting. We had one hiccup with checking in. There wasn’t a lockbox as described and we had to call to get someone to let us in. It only took a few minutes though and the customer service was great.
