• Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
• The Pelican Beach Resorts Gulf-front pool will be closed until June 10, 2023 (weather permitting) due to balcony construction. Walkway construction will also take place from October 1, 2023, until February 1, 2024.
• Pelican Beach Resort is currently undergoing construction. This vacation rental will be unaffected except for construction noises. From March 20, 2023 until May 26, 2023, the walkways will have work being conducted, but you will still have access to your vacation rental.
• There is an elevator in the building.
• A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
