With a boardwalk at the end of the street leading to the beach and access to a community pool, no one will blame you if you don’t venture far. If you do want to explore, Cape San Blas offers 15 miles of truly pristine beaches, fishing, kayaking, and boating opportunities, and lots of locally owned restaurants, and the charming fishing community of Apalachicola is just 20 miles to the east.

At the home itself, your outdoor space includes a large deck and an enclosed sunroom, perfect perches for a good book and a glass of wine. Inside, high ceilings, light colors, nautical decor, and lots of natural light enhance the beach-vacation vibe. The large, open layout combines the full kitchen, living room, and dining area, making it ideal for entertaining or just gathering with your group.
