The vacation rental was very clean upon arrival. The bedrooms in the house were nice and spacious with each room having its own bathroom suite. The house space was plenty for 6-adults and 3-children age range 4-11-years old. The kids claimed their area in the house which was upstairs where the bunk beds were located. The house looked exactly as what the pictures displayed. The decor inside the house was very nicely done and gave a feeling of being @ home. Having the beach literally across the street was a plus in addition to the pool @ the vacation rental. The pool @ the house was very clean and wasn't too big nor too small. It was just the right size for our family. Pool toys were great for the kids and the beach wagon was a plus for carrying beach bags and other items to the beach. The vacation home was exactly that a place where you knew you were on vacation because of the atmosphere and decor of the home. The kitchen had all the amenities you would want in a kitchen and not much else was needed. By the time we got use to using all the amenities it was time for us to leave. And the fact that you could look right across the street and see the ocean gave a feeling of relaxation and true vacation time. I liked the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel room even though it was a rental home. The subdivision was very nice and quiet and gave a feeling of seclusion. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay and look forward to visiting the area again in the future.
