**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025, and interior construction in the hallways. Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.

Things to Know

This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
