Cozy Townhome with Shared Pools & Hot Tub, On-Site Tennis, Game Room & Gym

Whether you're coming to hit the slopes and enjoy the snow, or fly fish and hike the wildflower-laden trails, this Warren townhome puts it all at your fingertips. With access to 12 on-site tennis courts, a game room, a fitness center (with free classes), three shared pools, two saunas, and a hot tub, your stay promises to be fun-filled and hassle-free.

Located in the Bridges building, you'll be less than a mile to the downhill runs and alpine action at Sugarbush Resort, which you can reach with the free shuttle. Surrounded by outdoor adventures and opportunities for relaxation, you may never want to leave.

Step into the main living area and you'll be greeted by the casual ambiance and warmth of the gas fireplace. Cuddle up with a good book, or lounge on the soft couch while you surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. If you have dirty laundry, the private washer/dryer will take care of them in no time.

Grab a hot cup of cocoa or a local microbrew and head out on the deck to take in the tree-lined views and alpine serenity. Afterwards, you can whip up a delicious dish with some local produce.

If it's too cold to cook outside, the fully equipped kitchen features everything you'll need to bring your culinary creation to life, including a dishwasher to lead the charge at cleanup time.

As the day winds down, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom townhome will let up to four guests stay in comfort. In the master bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed and plenty of storage for all of your belongings. The second room has two twin-size beds, letting everyone spread out and enjoy some privacy.

Start your day early to make sure you get out on the slopes first! Strap on your skis or snowboard and shred the fresh powder at Sugarbush Resort. Offering a wide variety of downhill runs and snow-filled activities, everyone will have the chance to dive into some snow-filled fun!

During the warmer months, you'll have a seemingly endless array of hiking trails and mountain biking courses to conquer. Head to the local fishing shop and get some inside advice on where to spend the day wetting a line along one of the local rivers. Afterward, head back to float the afternoon away in one of the pool (one outdoor and two indoor), or challenge a friend to a game or two of tennis on one of the 12 courts (two indoor, eight outdoor Har-Tru Courts, two outdoor Red Clay courts), including free court time, so you can work on your backhand.

As a guest at Bridges, you'll also have access to all events, discounts on swimming and tennis lessons, and free coffee and tea throughout your stay.

No matter what time of year you come to visit, this Vermont townhome puts you in the heart of the alpine action, while enveloping you with serenity and mountain beauty.

This condo is sunny and comfortable! The main room offers a beautiful and peaceful view of the forest, and if you venture onto the deck you can even a burbling brook down below. So beautiful! The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are comfortable. The fireplace is cozy on a cold evening. All-in-all, a perfect place to end a day adventuring through Vermont!

Nice, well equipped condo. View from the living/dining room was pleasant. The folks at the sports center were helpful. Overall a fine resort and condo.

We have stayed here a few times and enjoy the condo, the resort and the proximity to the Mountain. It's a 0.5 mile drive.

We stayed at Bridges #25 and had a wonderful weekend. The space was perfect for our family of four. Great proximity to the mountain and lifts with a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes although you can walk to Lincoln Peak as well. We especially enjoyed the recreation facility and using the indoor pool and hot tub. Had I known they also had indoor clay tennis courts I would have brought my tennis racket too. With COVID restrictions in place we were able to reserve the pool to ourselves which was a fantastic experience for the kids and parents too. I even met some of the condo owners around a fire pit who were incredibly friendly and fun to talk to after a good day on the mountain. We had a situation where the key to the condo was in my pocket at the top of the mountain but maintenance quickly came and let my wife and two daughters in after a quick phone call. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen really came in handy one night when all of the local restaurants were very busy and we were too tired to wait so we cooked in. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the kids keep asking when we can go back.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it had a great location on the mountain, and was a lovely time of year to visit. We visited Burlington and Stowe while we were there as well as hiked Camel's Hump. Washer/dryer was great too. Would recommend bringing ground coffee, and any sugar you need. We ended up buying coffee beans (oops) so had to buy a grinder, and while there was olive oil and salt and pepper, I was missing sugar for my coffee, but wasn't the end of the world by any means.
Fully functioning kitchen plus herbs and spices. TV was equipped with a ROKU and had access to channels as well. Fire place was warm and being from Texas, greatly appreciated the heaters in the bathroom!
I would stay again for sure!

Clean, spacious, close to mtn

We love the coziness of this place that I came back for the second time!

The Bridges is a great location for a play-outside vacation (all year round). This condo has a styling and comfortable living room, decent sized bedrooms with good beds (not all rental properties have good beds) and a decently stocked kitchen. A few additional items (dish sponge, an extra dishtowel or 2, and a few oven mitts) would have gone a long way but other than that I was really happy! I did not try to use the TV/entertainment system but it wasn't a regular cable TV - but if you have Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon accounts at home then you're probably just fine for entertainment. Great wifi!

This was a great choice for us. We are two adults and two kids.
Condo was clean and adequate for us. Everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Played tennis almost every day. Used the pool every day. Biked to Sugarbush and the new gravity park being built on Norm Robinson.
The Paradise store is open most days, and restaurants are somewhat nearby.
If you need ski gear, Alpine Options is down the road.
Covid has slowed things down a bit but there is always the Waitsfield bridge and river areas for swimming.
If you’re a cyclist, App Gap is seven miles away. A great ride for sure. And lots of mountain bike trails.
As for the tennis, there are 10 outdoor courts, but keep in mind only five have nets and lines. The rest are unmaintained.
There is definitely some slowdown as a result of Covid, but it’s still a great location for a getaway. Wear a mask, be careful.

skiing was great, bridges resort is a little dated. Accommodations were clean and neat. The dishes on the other hand were not, we had to rewatch the ones we used.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Sean, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We apologize that the dishes were not clean for your arrival. We have notified our housekeeping team of your feedback - we hope to host you again, soon!

Condo was clean, well stocked. Scenery was beautiful. The location was central to all the areas we wanted to visit and convenient to grocery stores. The color was magnificent. Would definitely consider a return trip.

This was an excellent location and condo for my recent vacation in Vermont with my husband. We picked the Warren area so we could see a lot of Vermont. We went to Manchester, Woodstock, Stowe, and Burlington while staying here. Perfect location and excellent condo. We cooked a fresh breakfast and dinner each day and packed a lunch picnic. The kitchen was excellent.

We loved being close to the big outdoor pool, the playground, the gas grille and the firepit. The condo was clean and comfy and we even turned on the gas fireplace a couple of chilly morning.
Alix C. Jul 2019
Great pools, tennis, condo had all the amenities and the location was ideal for us. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The space was lovely and actually more updated than what’s listed in the photo.

Everything was just perfect. We loved it and definatly going to stay here again for our next ski trip in Sugarbush.

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was easy. The Bridges condo complex is a great place to stay. I've been coming here since the 1980's. Nice recreation facility, shuttle bus to slopes, close to both mountains. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the condo- nice layout, plenty of space. Sports Center was a fun place to hangout after skiing and being able to take public transportation to the Mtn made it so easy. My grandson loved the pool and game room.

We enjoyed our time at the Bridges over New Year's. Condo was nice and well-equipped, though was starting to show a little bit of age, but nothing atypical. It was a little drafty, but the temperatures were below zero most of the time - we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. Indoor tennis, pool, and workout facilities were great, but unfortunately the hot tub was closed in sub-zero weather. Shuttle to Sugarbush was very convenient.

Nice time

Nice home base for day trips. Made use of onsite pools and game room both of which were nice. Unit is ground level that is accessed by going down a flight of stairs. Area was nicely quiet and relaxing.
