The outdoor dining area features a gas grill and bar seating, perfect for summer cookouts.

Inside, you’ll find lots of space to spread out. The main living area combines the expansive kitchen, living and dining areas. And, with wraparound, floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll enjoy that ocean view no matter where you are. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything the chef could need to prepare a feast for a crowd, with ample counter space, including a separate island, abundant cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers. At least seven days' notice must be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. Please note there is a 7-day minimum to heat the pool.
