The well-equipped kitchen boasts a full set of appliances and plenty of counter space, including a standalone island with barstool seating. Four more can dine alfresco on the balcony. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup, then head for the beach. You’ll find four beach chairs, two boogie boards, and a beach umbrella stashed in the storage locker associated with this condo, along with a convenient washer/dryer. Spend evenings streaming the latest release on either smart TV or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Ocean City memories await - all that’s left to do is book!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
