Property wide construction to infrastructure. Noisy work during daytime includes jackhammers and large equipment such as excavators, etc. There are no planned closures of amenities or water shut offs, and there will always be at least 1 entry/exit open during the entire project. Steer clear of the east retention pond and DO NOT attempt to cross the wood foot bridge to the island as this is where much of the pond work will take place.
