Exquisite farm with firepit, patio, fast WiFi, & washer/dryer

Nestled off the picturesque coast of Maine, on a patch of green land surrounded by tranquility, Live Well Farm awaits to give you an experience unlike any other. Enchant your loved ones on five private acres filled with an apple orchard, pristine cut flower gardens, a gazebo, and a firepit.

Consider the farmhouse your haven for the duration of your stay. Built around 1840, this renovated farmhouse offers quintessential features married with a modern aesthetic. With sleeping accommodations for up to eleven guests, it's perfect for having your immediate family near you to make magical memories here on the coast. Each room is simply flooded with natural light and the neutral tones in each space are decorated to offer a cohesive canvas for capturing additional imagery.

On the ground floor is the Cloud Room, named for its spectacular morning views of the unobstructed sky, and panoramic views of the apple orchard. It boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed, and is the only air-conditioned bedroom in the house, though the ocean breezes usually provide all the cool air you'll ever need. The Captain's Bedroom is the most spacious bedroom and offers convertible bed accommodations from a king to two twin XL beds upon request. Additional rooms are the Ship Mates Room, the Bunk Room, and the Hobbit Room, affectionally named for its uniquely small doorway which is common in old farmhouses. Two and a half baths provide the room needed for everyone's privacy, as well as soaking in the vintage claw-foot tub, pulled from a field in northern Maine and restored by the farm's previous owner, actor Patrick Dempsey!

The Parlor is perfect for a quiet reading room or a preparation assembly. The Dining Room boasts a lovely hand-crafted table that comfortably seats 11. The Aga Room has a beautiful working Aga stove, and is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen, a nice touch to the historic farmhouse that blends the modern and classic. For the discerning chef, this gourmet kitchen is equipped with a double oven, a six-burner Viking stove with griddle, a microwave oven, and stainless steel prep table. It has two separate sink areas and a dishwasher perfect for easy clean-up and food prep. The large double-door refrigerator is large enough to store all your provisions for your stay. Finally, the oversized family room, with a dormered glass ceiling, is a sophisticated gathering space for house guests to relax. This is the only room in the house that has a TV. You are also able to close off this space to the rest of the house for more seclusion while still having access to the downstairs half bathroom.
