Enjoy the outdoors from the 1200 sf of deck space! The first-floor back deck boasts a bubbly large hot tub where guests can spend soothing evenings treating themselves to a much-deserved relaxation time. From here, guests also have access to a furnished fire pit, which is a great gathering spot, especially at night. The second-floor back deck offers a great dining space with an outdoor dining area and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The large front porch is a quiet spot for a little alone time with your morning coffee and a good book.
The main living space is all about comfort and contemporary touches. Unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The high-speed WiFi available will help you stream your favorite series and movies for movie nights! The open kitchen is a chef's playground with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to work on. There is a second living space available in the basement with equally comfortable furniture and large (85 inch) smart TV. The basement also features a cozy high-definition electronic fireplace, oversized bunk beds, a four-person table for playing cards and board games and even a play area for children. All three bedrooms were thoughtfully designed and equipped with TVs and cozy beds for a good night's sleep. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and central AC.
